As a buyer, you are responsible for operating your vehicle in accordance with your state and local laws. Please make sure the vehicle conforms to those laws before you make a purchase.
Free Registration documentation: Typically, a complete MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and the Bill of Sale is required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The MSO is such an important document and is not supposed to be shipped with the scooter, it will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and email us the VIN number on the scooter. MSO generally requires 2 ~ 4 days to process.
Additional Fees and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees. Customers located in the State of Georgia must pay sales tax.
Suitability and Compliance
It is the responsibility of each purchaser to determine whether any particular product is compliant with and permissible for use pursuant to the applicable rules, codes and/or regulations, if any, and suitable for particular use and operation. We make no representations or warranties whatsoever concerning the suitability of any merchandise for a particular use or purpose. Scooter Specifications
Although every effort is made to provide accurate specifications, Scooters Rule! Corporation makes no warranties as to the accuracy of the
specifications on this site and / or provided in the user manuals. Customers receive the same scooter as show on the picture with the exception of color.
Some details may change as manufacturers change / upgrade the models from time to time.
Wrong Item Received
If we ship you the wrong item, it will be replaced at no additional cost to you. Orders delivered with the wrong color receive a $20 discount
– the scooter is not replaced. Engine upgrades are not considered as a wrong item – the scooter is not replaced. If you receive the wrong scooter
and assemble and / or put gas in it, it is deemed as you have accepted the item change.
Returns
Scooters Rule! Corporation reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and in its sole discretion.
Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revisions on this Scooter Purchase Agreement page. Changes are posted without notice to you.

2. Money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your scooter purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt.
The following conditions apply:
Have a return authorization number prior to returning any item.
We cannot refund any of the freight charges in or out, these will be deducted from the refund
We charge for parts, labor and up to 30% restocking fee if there is damage, abuse or excessive use.
Refunds are sent within 7 days of receipt and inspection.
Total miles may not exceed 50 miles read on the odometer.
KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS; YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN THE SCOOTER WITHOUT COMPLETE PACKAGING.
Shipping
All items are brand new and are shipped in the manufacture's packaging. Scooters Rule! Corporation does not modify or alter the contents of the product and/or its packaging. Once a purchase has been made, an order is generated which is sent to one of our suppliers.
Expect the lead time from the date of your order to delivery to be between 8-12 days. Once we have released the order to the supplier, Scooters Rule! Corporation does not guarantee the exact time which the scooter or moped will arrive. The freight company will notify you to arrange your delivery. Orders may not be cancelled. In the event an item is back-ordered, you will be notified immediately. All shipments are insured by the freight company.
All accessories products that you purchase will be processed according to the lead times of that particular affiliate organization. Once you leave the scootersruleonline.com website to purchase with an affiliate organization, the terms and conditions of sale are between you and that affiliate organization.
Order Processing
Once the order has been placed with Scooters Rule! Corporation, we place your order with one of our select suppliers. When we place the order with one of our select suppliers, we add your name, shipping address and telephone number to the order. The select supplier then processes and handles delivery of your order.
We CANNOT, under any circumstance, accommodate local pickups or third party shipping arrangements. We ship to physical address only. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO.
All items will be shipped to the purchaser's address as entered onto PayPal and/or Ebay. We are not responsible for errors or inconsistencies in said addresses. Please update your address before you purchase. We require a telephone number before any shipment is processed. The freight carrier will contact the provided number to schedule the delivery. All items are shipped Free on Board (FOB) at our warehouse, freight prepaid.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Upon receipt of the order, the purchaser/recipient is hereby requested to open the packaging and inspect the shipment thoroughly and completely for damage. All visible damage and/or nonconformity, regardless of its severity, size or significance must be noted on waybill or other shipping documents by the customer. Failure by the purchaser/recipient to note any damage, defect or irregularity in the shipping documents shall be construed as a declaration by the purchaser/recipient that the goods were received in good order and condition and free from any defect or non-conformity. If there is significant damage resulting from mishandling of goods by the shipping carrier, the customer is hereby asked to refuse the shipment. Additionally, the customer must notify us, as well as the select supplier, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of damaged, non-conforming product. In the event of shipping loss or damage, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to file for an insurance claim and we will offer all necessary assistance to the purchaser for that purpose. Minor cosmetic damages that do not impact the operation or safety of the unit are expressly excluded under the terms of any return, warranty and/or insurance policy.
Assembly
The scooters arrive in a crate and are approximately 90% assembled. The assembly ranges from battery hook up, wheel mounting, handlebar mounting, mirrors mounting to electrical and hose connections. You do not have to be mechanically inclined to do this. However, we do recommend you get a certified automotive or motorcycle mechanic or technician to provide you with proper mounting and installation. Please refer to the item's user's manual or instructions.
The following are warranty exclusions and make the Scooters Rule! Warranty null and void:

Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside labor charges
Warranty does not cover any towing or shipping charges to and from for any reason including but not limited to repair, return or exchanges
Warranty is not valid unless assembled, inspected (PDI) and maintained by a certified technician
The vehicle is damaged due to natural causes or use
The vehicle is damaged due to an accident
The vehicle is vandalized or stolen
The vehicle does not get proper or periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer which may be found in the owner’s manual
The vehicle is used in a manner which it was not intended for
The vehicle is altered/modified
The scooter/moped was not purchased directly from the Scooters Rule! Shopping cart
Scooters/mopeds that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, accidents or have not received proper maintenance
In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain wholesale prices, our shipping expenses are not refundable or reimbursed for any reason
All clothing and helmets are non refundable
Assumption of Risk
Each customer expressly assumes all risks associated with operating/riding a motor scooter/motorcycle which may be classified as an inherently dangerous activity. As an express condition of any purchase, the purchaser agrees to release the seller, distributor, retailer and dealer and manufacturer from any injuries or damage associated with operating/riding the motor vehicle that is the subject of this transaction. Purchaser further expressly agrees to familiarize himself/herself with all safety regulations and procedures applicable in his/her jurisdiction and further comply with same. We recommend the use of DOT certified protective helmets and other safety and protection gear at all times during the operation of any motorcycle/motor scooter.
For your safety: Any person on the scooter or moped should always wear a helmet and eye protection. Never engage in stunt driving. Avoid excessive speeds and be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Make sure that all local laws and warning/recommendations on motorcycle passengers are obeyed.
WARNING: the operation of scooters and mopeds involve risks. These may include serious bodily injury and even death. Always wear appropriate gear (helmets, protective clothing,etc.). Never operate these vehicles under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Obey all laws and regulations that control the use of your vehicle.
Waiver of Liability
The following Waiver of Liability is a legal and binding contract, executed in the State of Georgia.
By purchasing any items on this website, I, as buyer, acknowledge and agree to be above 18 years or age or are the parent/legal guardian of a child under the age of 18 years. I, as buyer, acknowledge and understand that riding mopeds and gas scooters is a dangerous activity that requires various degrees of skill and experience for individual riders. I, as buyer, understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the person and damages to property and voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding the vehicles advertised on our website. I, as buyer, am aware of the risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability inherent with the specific use of these vehicles as well as the inherent risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury and disability increase with inexperienced riders. I, as buyer, agree to release and forever discharge Scooters Rule! Corporation and their agents, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacture from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to your participation or use of these vehicles, use of equipment or property supplied by Scooters Rule! Corporation, your presence upon the premises, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, manufacturer, distributor or retailer. By this Agreement, it is my intention as buyer, to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal rights to seek damages from Scooters Rule! Corporation and their agents, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This Agreement shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assignees. I, as buyer, hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I, as buyer, have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all the above Terms and Conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this Agreement and the affect of the same. I, as buyer, am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk, and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I, as buyer, therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my child's activities with any items purchased from Scooters Rule! Corporation.
Changes, errors and inaccuracies
Scooters Rule! Corporation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Improvements to products may result in changes to specifications and external appearance. We strive to list and advertise all text and product information as accurate as possible. However, unforeseen typographical errors, photo errors and inaccurate information on this website may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including order that have already been submitted. If such errors occur, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Additional Policies
We reserve the right to make slight modifications necessary to the merchandise for product improvement. This transaction shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and any dispute arising thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Georgia.
