Return Policy: No returns, all sales are final.
Warranty related parts: A "Returned Material Authorization Form (RMA)" must be submitted and approved.
Parts will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Improve your resale value by purchasing an extended one year beyond factory warranty for only $99! "Download chart" for parts coverage details.
Non-warranty related parts: An e-mail request must be submitted to Scooters Rule! with the part description and a photo. Scooters Rule! will research and supply a price quote and delivery options.
Product images subject to change: Manufactures reserve the right to change their products without prior knowledge, however Scooters Rule! will make every effort to properly reflect any changes. Due to constantly changing stock of parts & accessories images may not be identical.
Shipping Transit: If scooters or mopeds are in stock, shipping time is about 6 days, delivered with a residential liftgate to your home. Accessories may take 1-2 weeks to deliver. Bulk orders of 10-20 is a significant shipping price advantage.
